Biography :
Dr. A.K.M Majbah Uddin was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He qualified in Bachelor of Physiotherapy with excellent marks from the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation under the Medicine Faculty of the University of Dhaka in 2003. In 2010 he passed Master of Public Health in Community Nutrition from Bangladesh Institute of Health Sciences under Post Graduate Medical Science and Research, the University of Dhaka with remarkable marks. In 2019 he passed M.Phil. under Centre for Higher Studies and Research, Bangladesh University of Professionals. His title of the research is “The State of Physical, Recreational and Health Status of Senior Citizens in Bangladesh: A Comparative Study among the Residents of Old Home and Community Residents of Dhaka city.”He has attended the National and International Scientific seminar on public health. He has National and International journal publications. He has published many quality articles on physical activity, musculoskeletal problems, and health profile, particularly on the old age group. Presently, he is working as a consultant physiotherapist at Pan Pacific Hospital Training and Research Institute. He has an academic attachment with the Master of Public Health Department at Fareast International University as an Assistant Professor & Department Head. Presently he is doing his Ph.D. Research under Centre for Higher Studies and Research from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).
